43EA have released some more footage of the Dice developed Medal Of Honor. The new action shows off one of the multiplayer modes, called Combat Mission.
Coalition forces are tasked with clearing five consecutive objectives to win and the insurgents must stop them at any cost. As objectives are cleared, new areas of the map open up to reveal what the coalition must do next. The team health meter represents coalition reinforcements. If it’s depleted before the current objective is cleared, the match ends and coalition forces are stopped.
You can pick up Medal Of Honor on October 12th, 13th or 15th depending where in the world you live, unless you’re planning on making one hell of a trip.

Looks like a good compromise between balls out multi player fps action and tactical objective based. Should be good. But may get a little hectic if you don’t know what’s going on.

I like how it looks. Fast paced action, crisp graphics (imo) good sound effects, and just look plain fun to play.

Played the Beta of this, it was pants. The COD comment is very inaccurate it’s more like a scrubs version of Bad Company 2 only without destructible environments, no bullet drop, no weapon recoil, the only good idea it has is in Combat mission thats basicly Rush mode with more then one objective but the scrubby gunplay mechanics ruin it, it’s Babys First Battlefield, avoid.

I was in the beta as well & as others have mentioned, it was absolutely awful. This looks so much better than the beta though.
I don’t know if I’ll get it though. I’ll be gettin Black Ops as all my mates will be getting it & already have Bad Company 2.

Looking very impressive in that video.
So much coming out that a lot of things I fancy are getting demoted to rental, I really want a shooter but whatever impresses me the most will earn my readies.
