EA has today announced four new downloadable games coming to the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade and PC in the first half of 2011. Gatling Gears, The Fancy Pants Adventure and Wildlife: Forest Survival will be out in spring, with Warp following next summer.
The Fancy Pants Adventure is probably the name you’ll recognise out of that list, and the creator of the original flash game is working with EA 2D and Over the Top Games to turn it in to a full game. You can see the first trailer over at Eurogamer. Gatling Gears is a twin-stick shooter made by Vanguard Games (the studio set up by Guerilla co-founder Martin de Ronde) and set in the same world as previous downloadable strategy game Greed Corp.
Wildlife: Forest Survival sees you playing as a fox, hawk, alligator or rabbit and attempting to eat other animals whilst avoiding being eaten yourself. The game also features a twelve-player online mode should you wish to eat your friends from the safety of your own home, and is being developed by EA Salt Lake. Warp is the furthest off of the four games, and is a top-down stealth-action game set in a “a sci-fi world with a distinctive art style, addicting levels, hazardous traps and challenging puzzles.” It’s in development at Trapdoor.

of very fancy pants that mr fancy pants would wear,
when everybodies marching in the fancy pants parade,
he’s gonna pass the test, he’s gonna be the best,
the best in terms of pants.

A fox, a hawk, an alligator and a rabbit! Unless the rabbit is packing serious heat it seems a tad unfair to me!
