25Word about some bugs/glitches some users are experiencing in the Crysis 2 demo have been circling for the past 24 hours or so. Luckily (and to no surprise), Crytek is aware and they’re working on it. Over on their forums, a team member by the name of ‘Cry-Ahmet’ has just posted the following update.
We are paying close attention to the forums and online discussion . It’s good to see many players having a great time. However, we do understand that a few players are having technical issues with the demo.
We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, we apologize if it is affecting your experience.
We appreciate your patience and support.
For me, the Crysis 2 demo went by the wayside in favor of Dead Space 2, and after seeing this I’m kind of glad I waited to give it a go. No doubt Crytek will have it all sorted out very soon.

Sure itll be good when it drops – as much as I am looking forward to this it will be overshadowed by KZ3. Still gonna get it day one though :-D

Funnily enough KZ3 doesn’t interest me in the slightest, but I can’t wait for this to come out!

The XBox360 version I played at Eurogamer was a buggy mess, was hoping they’d sorted those problems out by now. If I get the game it’ll be on PS3 which I guess wasn’t the lead platform and would probably be worse hit with bugs etc? Will wait and see what the initial reviews say before deciding.

In the last few weeks for me, this game whent from pre-ordered almost 5 months ago, to buying it used… If they fix the MP I might give them the unlock fee, otherwise it’s 24 free online hours of MP and then it’s getting traded for LA Noir, and hopefully EA gets what they gave PS3 owners- JACK!
