Nihilistic Software Working On Resistance PSP2 Game

Change of hands.

Over on their official Facebook page, Insomniac Games have announced that the recently teased Resistance “NGP” title will be developed by Nihilistic Software.

The studio are best known for their work on Conan and Zombie Apocalypse, with their most recent project being PlayStation Move Heroes due to release later this year.

This isn’t the first time that the Resistance franchise has been handed to an outside studio; 2009 saw the release of Resistance: Retribution for the PSP which was developed by Bend Studio (Syphon Filter.)

Nice to see a new franchise title.

I’m not going to buy a PSP2 to replay all the games I’ve already played on my PS3.

Cool with me, I enjoyed Resistance Retribution so if Nihilistic can do a similar job to Bend I’ll be happy.
