15We’re just at the end of my week of GT5 picture quizzes, and on Thursday TSA thoroughly trounced the Official Playstation Community but despite all the things we’ve done in the last fortnight, we are far from done with GT5. I don’t want to spoil anything just yet, but lets just say that there’s some more GT5 community events and things happening next week… So make sure to keep an eye out for those and other things.
I’m sure you’re all aware by now that this competition was devilishly devised by Manorhowze, and is disturbingly similar to ScreenDemon’s ‘Whose … is it Anyway?’ series. The previous four days are linked to by the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4. To recap how it all works, I’ll hand over to myself from yesterday:
Each set of pictures is of three cars, with each car having three little snippets of varying difficulties. The first page holds the toughest pictures, and the third the easiest. So don’t be disheartened if you don’t figure them out on the first page, click on the thumbnails for a closer look, and then try the next page. By the end, you should hopefully have enough details to piece together what the car is, or at least the manufacturer, so that you can look them up in GT5.
As and when you figure them out, please don’t post what the answers are in the comments down below, as that would ruin the fun for others. Though, feel free to say how easy you found them, and whether or not you had to resort to loading the game to check.
Thanks me, that was very informative. This is just for fun, but to lend it a competitive edge, you can now send me an email with the subject “It’s that car” identifying the 15 cars and your TSA ID to Stefan@tsa2.org and the most accurate and fastest 15 people will get a nice 50 TSA Points. You have until 11PM on Sunday 30th of January to get your emails in to me, as I’ll be posting what the cars were and who guessed best on Monday.

Well, now we’re done…. Wait, what’s this? A bonus car? What an interesting twist. As a kind of needless tie breaker, I figured I’d chuck in an extra car just for laughs. This car you can identify in the comments, but you will only get this single picture. The first person to get it right gets 25 TSA points. GO!

Think i got the 15. But i e-mailed the bonus car. whoops. had a bash at GT by Citroen, Lexus LFA was my 2nd guess. I have no idea after that, and i cheated and had a quick look in the dealership!

So close! 14 of the 15 right. The one you got wrong, you just need to look at the other cars of that manufacturer, and the difference should be night and day.

Im thinking the car is the Mazda Furari Concept. Its the only car that I can think of thats not teh GT by citiron or LFA. (dont shoot me for misspelling) *hides*

I dont’ think so, the Furai is a standard car, and the pic looks like it’s from a premium one, but I too thought Furai (not Furari) until I took a closer look on the textures.

So far you got 13 of 15. There’s one on the first day that is wrong, and the very last one you’ve got wrong (understandably, I might add) too. Other than that, spot on :D
