New Brink Video Showcases Abilities

10Bethesda have sent over a new gameplay video showcasing the abilities players will soon be able to unlock in Splash Damage’s upcoming dystopian FPS with bells-on Brink. Upgrading your persistent character is one of Brink’s key traits. Not to mention environment traversal and the chance to sport some stupendous hair-dos.
Brink is due for release on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC in North America on May 17th. Europeans get to deck themselves out with outlandish outfits and shoot each other on May 20th.

Looks amazing! Sort of reminds me of the good old PS2 days where people were experimenting with games and their styles. Looking forward to this.

I have no idea why, but every trailer I watch the less interested I become in this game :S Its probably my sub-concious telling me I don’t need ANOTHER fps game at the moment

I know what you mean, it seems to me the more I see the worse it looks. I’m still intrigued by the online aspect of it though. might just be a rental for me

From what I’ve heard there should be a demo available before the 16th April. Basically I’m going to check it out. If I love it, I’ll buy Brink, if I don’t its LA Noire alllll the way :)
