Ah, it’s been a while since we had some Homefront coverage, so I’d say it’s about time for an awesome competition of awesomeness. Thanks to our wonderful friends at THQ, we’ve just received some swag to pass onto you lovely folks, the people that keep TSA alive.

We’ve got 6 copies of Homefront (3 for PS3, 3 for 360), a Homefront Notebook (paper, not laptop) and a Homefront T-Shirt. See:

Now, entering is a simple affair. All you have to do to win is take a picture of yourself (or have someone take it for you) doing your best army pose. Props and costumes are allowed, nay, encouraged – a mixture of the most realistic and the funniest will win. Please, for the love of god, no naked pictures (unless you’re female Ed’s note: NO, BAD GAMOC).

Post your entries in this forum post by 5pm Monday 18th April (you’ll need an image hosting site, I recommend imgur.com or photobucket.com) with the system you’d like the game for (or saying you have both systems).

A few rules:

  • Clothed, please. We’re sure you’re sexy but, well, it’s inappropriate (but also sexy).
  • Props and costumes are encouraged.
  • Do not forget to mention the system you need (or if you have both) or your entry will not count.
  • One entry per person, please.
  • You must be 15 or older and live in the United Kingdom to enter.

The grand prize winner will get a copy of Homefront for his or her system, the T-Shirt and the notebook, whilst 5 runners up will win a copy of the game. Now you’ve got a week to get picture-taking, good luck!

  4. Great comp, Mod’s can enter right?
Really want Homefront, but the short campaign makes it sound like it’ll be better to wait till I can pick it up for a tenner.

    • Yes, mods can enter, I’d say.

  5. Why the need for UK only?

    • all our competitions are UK only (it’s in the T&Cs) because it’s expensive to post to a lot of places. We do make exceptions sometimes though.

      • But it isn’t that expensive to send to other countries in Europe, and even if that is a bit too much for you, surely you can charge the winner for postage costs? I mean, you win a 60 euro game, you’re pretty cheap if you can’t spare 5 euros.

      • How about little old next door neighbours Republic of Ireland? We are on the same island as a part of the UK, after all… ;)
