32A fresh bit of Resistance 3 multiplayer has landed and we’ve got the video below for all to see. There hasn’t been a lot of talk about Resistance over the past month or so but with E3 knocking on our door, that’s surely about to change.
The footage is very similar to what they’ve already released prior to now but it does show a new map called ‘Trainyard’. While fans of the multiplayer in Resistance 2 are likely to be a tad disappointed to see such a drastic change in style, what Insomniac has shown looks pretty good and there’s definitely something to be said for a more ‘intimate’ approach.

That looks awesome! Bit like COD and BF, I will be getting it, I haven’t even started to play Resistance 1 or 2 yet :/
Also why is TSA being soo slow and glitchy lately? It keeps freezing and doesn’t open.

Urgh really? A rocket launcher with that much power and accuracy seems like whoever has it will probably win if camped out well enough.

It’s B-E-A-utiful. That rocket launcher is a beast! Also it has badges like Killzone/CoD/Battlefield.

This is looking amazing. Day one purchase for me as well. The online is looking exactly how I want it to be, except for the killstreak bonusses but oh well.

I’m not gonna lie. Wasn’t a huge fan of Resistance 2′s multiplayer at all. This however looks a lot more streamlined and balanced, yet retaining some of the wacky weaponry. Won’t be able to pass judgement until I give the beta a spin.

really hated Resistance 2 mp as it took about 5000000000000 bullets to kill anyone, this one looks greatly improved, its not too hard to kill anyone by the looks of it, the weapon all look great, the map looks fantastic i must say, can’t wait for this :) and also looking forward to seeing how the story in sp unfolds

Doesn’t really look like anything special does it. Why play this when you can play Battlefield 3?
