“With its simple yet effective control system, not to mention a colourful class of foes that can override the screen – and your senses – in their hundreds at any one time, it’s a triumphant if admittedly somewhat repetitive jaunt.”
Anyway, if you haven’t, it’s now available as a ‘trial and unlock’ download – the game’s a tenner if you take the plunge.
Elsewhere, it’s a bit quieter. Arcade Pool & Snooker has appeared as we said on PSP, and there’s a Minis bundle for a fiver which includes A Space Shooter, Young Thor, Widget Odyssey and Zombie Tycoon – bit of a mixed bag if ever there was one.
Oh, and the community-designed Gamocracy One: Legend Of Robot has surfaced, for £4.15.
PS3 owners can grab a demo of PixelJunk Shooter 2, and some DLC for DiRT 3 (the Mud And Guts Car Pack) and L.A. Noire (the Reefer Madness case) which is £3.19 if you’ve not got the all singing all dancing super mega version of the game.
A few more bits of DLC: Another Part Of Me for the Michael Jackson game, a Gladiator Props Pack for ModNation Racers and a couple of free packs for MotorStorm Apocalypse.
Lastly, that Final Fantasy Costume Pack finally came out for LittleBigPlanet… For £4.79…

That’s in the US, an EU date for the game still hasn’t been confirmed.

Cheers for the heads up, I will visit my US account with a quickness!

Shocking update, no sale like the US got, and when you look at the 3 big games that hit XBLA today it really is a poor effort.

Why what’s on XBLA?

Is Morbid on DN even do-able in co-op?

Are TSA not publishing the whole list any more?

What are your thoughts on it?

I like it, the list just displayed a lot of un-necessary things and occasionally I missed something that may have interetsed me. If you want to know what avatars or Rock band songs are released each week then a visit to the EU Blog is always a delight, maybe a link at the bottom, to the list on Eu blog list would be a good compromise

Well…the PSN list was actually the thing that brought me to this website years ago (and is still one of the things I look forward to). So my take on it, is that you please still keep it.

Although it’s handy not to have to visit the eublog, i think this is probably better, just highlight the main stuff and people can read the full list on eublog if they need.

I like it. Must be a tough work though highlighting everything every week in opinion-filled words.

Not at all adverse to the write up.
But a quick reference list would be nice too.

Wait..! was page 2 there a second ago? Like that idea :) Round up page 1, list page 2 :)

The way the PS Blog writes it takes up about 6 screens of space at 1280×800. The way TSA formatted from that takes up 2 at the most. You strip out all the unnecessary wasted space and just give almost as much info in a easier to read format, I find.

Love the round-up on pg1 and the list on pg2
Best of both worlds without an overly long scrolling page

Splitting into 2 pages is good. I normally read it on PS blog and then come here for your (and the tsa readers) take on it.

Oh there’s a page 2… :)
Also liking the slight changes to the main page.

Phew, don’t have to scroll through the avatar/song doc anymore

I’ve always found it a scrolling nightmare but it’s a necessary list regardless. However, for my money, I’d like to see an introductory few paragraphs and then the list but in expandable and collapse-able form so it’s awesomely easy to use in comparison. Link to illustrate.

Perosnally prefer it all on the first page with highlights at the top. As it was basically.

I prefer seeing the whole list but I also like the idea of a round up. Maybe a link to the full list would be helpful.

I go with this… or a page 2 like has appeared. TSA format it much better than the blog.

Aha! A perfect compromise. List tucked away on page two, keeping things tidy for a front page write up. Win-win.

A bit of a sourpuss I know, but I don’t care for the write up, I just need the facts, and the extra click onto page 2 seems unnecessary when it’s digital space and you can just scroll down.
I say keep the list on page 1, no need for opinion there.

I like the way it is now, with a page 2 for the full list and a short “write-up” style summary on Page 1. What annoys me is multiple pages for some of the long reviews, why not just have it all on one page? For games I’m not that interested in, I often check the review for just the score and Pros/Cons, so it’s a bit of a pain having to click through to another page (particularly on a mobile device/kindle)

Dead Nation is an absolute stonker of a game, Im still addicted to it and its my “go to” game if I seem to be having a bad day online on other games. Its a game I can just bash zombies to my hearts content and love every second doing it, I highly receommend if you dont have it you really should

Oooh i like the new layout. Just shows the main things in the update. It will save me having to look through themes and videos so it speeds things up.

The 2 page thing that has just arrived is a great system. For the people who like the list its still there but for people who like the other layout can still see it. Top work TSA.
