Burnout Crash Dated, Priced

EA has announced that Burnout Crash will be hitting the PSN and LIVE on September 20th (assuming the 21st over here for the PSN).

The price point is a rather surprising 800 MSP/ $9.99. I say surprising because 1200 MSP seems to be the norm these days.

Hopefully we’ll have a review nearer the time, but until then feel free to commence with the shouting.

  1. One to definitely wait for the review on. I’m not sold on this at the moment at all, not as a standalone game anyway.

  2. I might pick it up on my Android device (if they port it) and it’s ad-supported. It certainly wont be something I pay to play on my PS3.

  3. Still far too much for something that looks like an i-phone game.

    • Dude if you can’t spell iPhone then you don’t deserve to comment

      • LOL

      • Harsh Times

      • Haha, bit harsh, never heard the rule if you can`t spell you don`t have the right to have your say, thats a new one on me, what happens if you are dyslexic? please enlighten me ;-)

      • Killfelix, if you have no social skills you have no right to comment. Since it appears your social skills are worse than rain man’s you should probably refrain from making comments yourself.

      • Dude if you can’t end your sentence with a full stop you don’t deserve to comment. See I can do it too.

      • S’ok – My tongue is not so far up apples behind that I feel the need to troll comments boards about things that bear absolutely no consequence to the story at hand or life in general. Obviously someone needs something a little more constructive to do with their day.

Might I suggest investing in an i-pad?? :P

      • why dont you get an aye-fonePWOAR?

      • You’re not meant to wear two i-patches at once ;)

  4. i don’t like the look of this at all, don’t think I will be getting. Unless it comes free with plus, then I would have a go.

  5. Been hating on this since they announced the top down perspective, but suddenly it sorta looked like fun anyway. Will probably get this one.

  6. I think this was a good idea, but why did they design their game to look like many, many, many, many other peoples unoriginal attempts at making a game for the iPhone or PC? It really puts me off.

  7. Does look quite fun to play, but I agree with Forrest above that it doe look like an iPhone/Touch game and shouldn’t be priced at around £7.99 here.

    • Nice to see you spelt iPhone correctly >;-)

      • haha! I had to check I spelt it correctly to make sure I didn’t have the Spelling Nazi on my back. However I did spell does incorrectly, forgive me.

      • We all learnt something today, let’s pat ourselves on our backs.

  8. still looks boring as hell

  9. Hands up who wants a Burnout: Crash game like it used to be in the old games?

  10. Not sold on this in the slightest, regardless of the budget price tag. Burnout Revenge 2 please ;)
