A statement released on Zeboyd’s site reads:

  1. Every time I hear Cthulhu I picture Old Gregg (of Mighty Boosh fame), not quite sure why – it’s slightly disturbing. Is this on Steam? I haven’t seen it around.

    • Wow. I totally forgot about Old Gregg. Borderline creepy weird meets hilarious. Now I have to watch it again. :D

  2. I got this and “Breath of Death VII: The Beginning” on Steam for some coal and other crap I gathered up during the holiday.

I’m still playing through Breath of Death, which is pretty awesome, and I think Cthulu Saves the World might just be even better as it’s budget seems to have been higher. The games are cheaper than dirt and offer hours of old-school JRPG fun. And the Steam versions offer 360 controller support as the standard control scheme. Probably cool on a handheld, but I feel that to really get in the groove on games like this, you need a controller.
