Forza’s Top Gear DLC Is A Mixed Bag, Coming May 1st

Forza 4 is my favourite racing game of this generation. It mixes the excitement and drama of racing with the precision engineering and tuning that allows you to improve your cars. And it has that amazing livery editor.

The latest DLC car pack is on its way on May 1st and it’s bringing with it a varied collection of cars (listed below) for the princely sum of 560MSP.

Here’s the full list of cars:

  • 2012 Hennessey Venom GT
  • 1977 AMC Pacer X
  • 2011 Ford Transit SuperSportVan
  • 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon
  • 1966 Lotus Cortina
  • 1992 Mitsubishi Galant VR-4
  • 2012 Smart ForTwo
  • 1990 Subaru Legacy RS
  • 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8
  • 1965 Austin-Healey 3000 MkIII

And here’s a trailer, if you need further encouragement.

  1. Legacy. Officially the world’s ugliest car.

  2. Nice to see more off-roaders in a game with no off-road courses!

  3. As I have GT5 on the PS3 I’ve been reluctant to get Forza, but it’s getting more and more tempting every time I talk to someone about it. No negatives whatsoever.

    • The only real negatives is the physics are weaker the gt5’s and the only wheels that are compatible and good are fanatecs new csr/csr elite/ gt2 and there all useless anyway since there’s a load of controller assist inbuilt which car never be turned off therefore makeing a wheel considerably slower and ruin any enjoyment I got out of they game.

    • Sorry about any of the missing letters or words in that but my phone has a auto correct which generally needs me to correct it and I won’t always see everything.

  4. There are some guff cars in this pack

  5. Are any of these cars top gear related or are they just using the name?
