E3 2012 Conferences – Times and Streams

E3 is the biggest show on Earth for games news. It kicks off properly tomorrow in Los Angeles but before the show itself opens, there are a few big press conferences. These are traditionally where the biggest news comes out and most exciting announcements are made.

Here’s your full E3 2012 conference timetable (all are UK times so add one hour for CET) with links to live streams. If you want to stay on TSA and watch the shows, all of them will be available via this handy page where the embeds have all been stacked in anticipation:

Microsoft Media Briefing – 17:30 today.

EA Press Conference – 21:00 today.

Ubisoft Press Conference – 23:00 today.

Sony Press Conference – 02:00 tomorrow (late night tonight).

Nintendo Press Conference – 17:00 Tuesday 5th June.

Additionally, YouTube has a specific E3 channel, it’s currently showing IGN videos from last year but it should swing into action with this year’s coverage when things kick off.

We’ll be posting all the news, live as it happens, as well as some round ups and some special podcasts over the coming days.

  1. thanks for this neat post!

    • Why aren’t Gametrailers linked in any of these? their streams are far superior.

      • True, their stream has really great quality.

      • But they’re not streaming the presentations live….? Gamespot’s the place to go. Great quality.

    • It is impressive to see how far the streaming services have come over the last few years.

  2. UK times?

  3. What happened to the PS3 streaming app?

    • Apparently it’s streaming in Home and they’re putting out news via the “What’s New” section on the XMB.

      • So no proper app on the XMB?

      • Oh…..better get in HOME and do some downloading then!

      • “And, for the first time, you’ll be able to watch E3 live directly on your PS3 — a handy icon will be located under the What’s New section on your XMB.”

Taken from the US PS Blog.

      • Maybe the icon under ‘What’s New’ just leads to the Sony website E3 page on the PS3 browser.

      • I wouldn’t count on watching this in Home. They tried it last year and it didn’t work, just kept saying buffering on the screen. Best thing would be to use the PS3 browser to stream it onto your TV.

  4. just what I needed thx CB.

  5. Sorry everyone, I should have made it clear: These are UK times. I’ll make the edit to note that in the post.

  6. Cheers for the times. Wouldn’t want to miss anything.

  7. I will be watching via Sony, Nintendo, and MS’s official websites. Their streams always seem to be the best/less laggy.

  8. I went and fgured these out last night as i was worried i might miss something! :D I have the Gamespot links bookmarked (via ps3youtube) but was only able to watch Ninty last night on my mac so it’ll be handy having the alt links above just in case, thanks!
Looks like i’m going to be goggle-eyed starting 5.30pm with Microsoft, thru EA and Ubisoft and ending sometime around 4 am with Sony. O_O

  9. Thanks Cb. Will you post the other specific stuff tomorrow?

    • all the news will go up as the conferences are taking place, with round ups of the important bits soon after they finish. Hopefully we’ll be able to put together the trailer round ups too, once the locations for those settle (they changed every ten minutes last year and we had to keep switching them around)

      • Good luck mate. I bet this is gonna be one hell of keyboard and finger moulder for you lot :)

  10. Does anyone want Peter to embed the streams in the articles later today? As me and him have been speaking about the possibility of him embeding them on twitter.

I can only watch the MS and EA ones due to the times. If DA3 is announced and it is Gears of Dragon with tacked on MP, i will not be held responsible for any of my actions.

    • Peter is trying to embed the MS and Sony conferences so hopefully, we can watch it here. :)
