Nintendo 3DS Direct Broadcast Tomorrow

More Zelda and Mario?

Nintendo recently hosted a rather brilliant Wii U-themed Nintendo Direct broadcast, discussing upcoming games and announcing quite a few things – including future software updates, the Virtual Console service and an HD remake of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.

And tomorrow they’ll be sharing their Valentines love with 3DS owners in another live broadcast detailing the “future of Nintendo 3DS” at 14:00 GMT. It’s quite short notice, but a welcome gift a week before Sony are set to announce a  new PlayStation console.

The presentation will be hosted as per usual by Nintendo Global President Satoru Iwata and Nintendo of Europe President Satoru Shibata. They’ve even got the same first name, do you think that’s how Nintendo choose their presidential candidates?

You’ll be able to watch the broadcast via this link – so bookmark it if you’re watching live or come here afterwards, as we’ll no doubt report on the announcements. Hopefully there’s some good stuff coming, though I have faith that Nintendo will deliver.
