Celebrate The PS4 Announcement With Some Wallpapers

Get some of this in your eyeholes.

Morning, campers! It’s the weekend after the big unveil of the PS4 and we’ve been pretty excited about it all week. Perhaps it’s time to calm down a bit and start thinking about how we’re going to prepare for the eventual release of the console.

Part of that preparation is going to be splashing images of the bits we’ve seen all over our existing kit. For me, that begins today with one of these delectable wallpapers made for the TSA community by the one and only bunimomike.

He’s knocked them up in a number of the most common sizes so there should be something convenient for almost everyone. You can download your size by hitting the relevant link below the sample image – or grab a handy zip file containing all of them by clicking here.

Which size would be best for the PS3 XMB, will it depend on the TV ?

Edit: 1920×1080 looks lovely on my PC, couldn’t get the image to show up on my PS3 though

      If you’re running your PS3 in 1080p that’s 1920 x 1080 resolution. If not, try the 720p resolution which is 1280 x 720 pixels.

As Teflon has just informed me, it’ll scale down the 1080p wallpaper anyway so just use that one.

Got it working on my PS3 after, didn’t want to post again saying so though, I had to press triangle on usb and select display all (transferred the image from pc to ps3 via usb)

It looks lovely in a darkened room…open an icon like say the trophy one and it blurs the background making it look like an out of focus sexy super GT5 car…great job, thanks
