Developed and published by Alvion, Malicious Rebirth is portable version of the downloadable 2010 PS3-exclusive.
Released in Japan for the PlayStation Vita, Rebirth features additional content in the form of new enemies and a bonus chapter for players to explore. However, only now are we getting solid details of a Western release after the following Tweet:

Sony Entertainment America/Europe previously handled the localisation of Malicious on PlayStation 3. Whether or not a similar arrangement has been found for Rebirth has yet to be confirmed.

As soon as I played this on the ps3 I knew this would be a perfect fit for the vita.
Vita is really looking good now. I’m just waiting for Killzone before I buy one.

Looks like a cross between an JRPG and a God of War style game-play. Obviously by the trailer footage there is hell of a lot more to it than button mashing, but you get the idea.
