I’ve got the bulk of my exams out the way now and am onto the home stretch, which is why I’m back this week, but I know there’s more of you still battling your way through, so good luck!
Anyway, let’s get on with this week’s Community Round-up.

There’s only one meet scheduled as I write this, and it’s Tomhlord’s Gran Turismo 5 meet, which is taking place in its usual slot on Monday night at 7pm. Maybe it’s the lack of big releases lately, or you’re all too busy enjoying the sun, but hopefully a few more meets will pop up during the week, such as Forrest’s usual Battlefield Bad Company Meet.
And as if I really need to remind you, you can always create your own Meet provided you’ve got 250 TSA Points!

It’s time to look at this week’s Previews, and there are no points for guessing that Teflon’s got us covered. He starts off by going hands on with Deadpool, before breaking out the samurai swords for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. He then moved onto Putty Squad, before battling it out on the Eastern Front in Company of Heroes 2.
Just incase you missed it, he also had a quick chat with CoH2 Game Director Quinn Duffy. Then there was Al, who gave us a first look at The Last of Us, a game that many of you are looking forward to I know.
Meanwhile, this week saw just two reviews. First up was Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery. Al gave the game a 7/10, and it’s available for both PS Vita and iOS. Jim also continued his ongoing review of Defiance with article #3. Finally, Al had a reflective look at the Gran Turismo series following GT6’s announcement this week, and looked at how one of Playstation’s best known racers has evolved over the past 16 years.
Crazy_Del, who’s also well known for being one of TSA’s best trophy hunters, showed off his rig in the Chronicle, while Dante’s Inferno turned up the heat and earned 12 buy it votes in this week’s WeView Verdict. A game that I’m still yet to get, but is definitely on my ‘list’, is Sleeping Dogs, which became the next WeView title.
Aran continued his Matter of Perspective series, this time with the Gears of War series, while Gamoc looked at Receiver in Indie Focus. Also as part of Indie Focus, Al sat down with Philip Morby of Carrot Creations. Finally, while Xeroxeroxero shared his experience with Kojima at last year’s Eurogamer Expo.
The gang celebrated the 100th Episode of the Podcast this week, while Greg returned after a well deserved break to bring us What We Played #105.

Let’s head on into the Forums, to see what’s been taking place!
- Thechunkymonkey asks for some advice regarding buying a PS4 and Vita.
- Mcphatty stumbles across a pretty cool CGI video that’s worth checking out. It also contains a ‘Giant God Warrior’ stomping around Tokyo, what’s not to like?
- Mikey finds the latest victim to be auto-tuned, Charles Ramsey.
- And finally, the Co-operative Movement thread has seen some new updates this week.
And there we are once again. I’m hoping the nice spell of weather will last just a few more days, although I’m not holding my breath. What I can say is, whatever the weather, I’ll see you all next week. Bye!
– As Bunimomike lovingly pointed below, I forgot to credit Gazza with this round up! He wrote this, not me! I’m sorry.

Xeroxeroxero’s article was a highlight of my time here as a TSA consumer! Another good week, is the big XBox Terry news next week?
