FIFA 14 Next-Gen Screens

Do they look Messi?

EA have released some screens taken from both the PS4 and Xbox One versions of FIFA 14.

The screenshots showing Borussia Dortmund, Elshaarawy, Luis Suarez, and the San Siro stadium are  PS4, whilst the shots of Barcelona vs Real Madrid, the Etihad stadium, Ibrahimovic, and Man City vs. Spurs originated from the Xbox One.

They haven’t quite got human skin right yet, have they? The players have a plastic sheen to them, nowhere near as impressive as the next-gen NBA video.

Source:  Press Release / Thanks to VG247 (who indentified the players – I have no idea, obvs)

The interesting thing to note is the grass detail on the Suarez shot (PS4) Vs the XB1 Man City shot, one looks like a grass pitch the other like astroturf.

Not a big fan of FIFA, but that difference in detail stood out.

Are there any screenshots of Wolves V Oldham on a miserable October evening where it’s lashing down with rain and punters can be seen coming back from the bar moaning about 2 lagers costing almost £10?

You do realise FIFA is a football (soccer) game and not baseball or hockey? Or are they the names of some weird basketball teams??? Never heard of em! ;)

Did I miss a news story?
Because I’ve just walked out of Argos in Meadowhall in Sheffield having played FIFA 14 on a PS4…. Surely I should have known about this before walking into the place!
