Humble Weekly Bundle Features Daedalic And Adventurous Clicking

I don’t know about you, but I’m a big fan of adventure games and I know there are a few others out there too, be they strict interpretations of the classic point & click formula or more… adventurous twists on the gameplay. It’s especially gratifying to see the genre enterring into something of a rennaissance, and Daedalic Entertainment has been a big part of that.

So, if you too enjoy the odd point & click adventure, you will probably want to pick up the latest Humble Weekly Bundle, which went live last night and sees them dip back into Daedalic’s back catalogue of the last few years to offer up a package of 8 rather different looking games.

For next to no money, though you’ll want to spend at least a dollar to get Steam codes, you will get Edna & Harvey: Harvey’s New Eyes, A New Beginning – The Final Cut, The Whispered World, The Chronicles of Shakespeare: Romeo & Juliet and The Chronicles of Shakespeare: A Midsummer Night’s Dream. (The two Shakespeare games do not come with Steam codes, but I’m not sure I’d want to play through my GCSE reading again anyway…)

However, it’s when you beat the average price of $6 that you get the full package and the cream of the crop, adding the first Deponia game, Chains of Satinav and the newly released Journey of a Roach. We’ve recently reviewed the sequels to Deponia and Chains of Satinav, so if you want to get in on the beginning of their stories this is the perfect way to do so.

Oh, and lets not forget that you can split your cash any which way you like, between Daedalic, Humble and charities.
