Alien: Isolation’s Survivor Mode DLC Content Will Add New Characters & Challenges

Alien: Isolation has a lot riding on it with fans of the franchise filled with some hope, following the rather disappointing Aliens: Colonial Marines. Now the Survivor Modehas  been announced and it appears SEGA is hoping to support the game with quite a decent amount of post release DLC. There will be five Survivor Mode packs releasing with the first going live on October 28th.

The game will release with a demo of the Survivor Mode with a map called Basement, in which player’s will have to navigate this location while trying to escape the xenomorph. Each add on will feature a mix of new characters, new maps, and new objectives. There will also be a season pass available which will give up to 25% off the total individual price, and all packs are expected to be available by March 2015.  No price was given in the press release.

Alien: Isolation will be releasing October 7th worldwide for PS4, Ps3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
