More patch notes, this time for FIFA 15 on PlayStation 4 which has had a number of fixes for issues raised by the FIFA community.
-  Fixed ‘search-by-name’ functionality in Career Mode.
- Added the latency indicator to FIFA 15 Ultimate Team so fans can view health of connection before entering an online match.
- Improved set-piece cameras in Online Seasons for Guest players.
- Corrected home crowds in Match Day Live matches.
- Fixed occurrences where the player would be unable to progress at the end of a FUT match due to the post-match menus not appearing.
- Fix to hospitality upgrades in Career Mode and Pro Clubs.
- Addressed exploit where players could infinitely switch kick-takers on set-pieces
- Fixed occurrence where changes to the Subs and/or Reserves are not brought into Season matches
EA also say they have “made progress in our on-going investigation of the stuttering issues currently affecting a small percentage of PS4 users,” but have yet to resolve the problem.

Have you tried setting the DNS on your PS4 to use OpenDNS or GoogleDNS? This solves the issue for a lot of users. Virgin’s DNS is definately causing problems as is BT’s for some.

Yeah I get this issue too, powering off the PS4 (not standby) and rebooting the game fixes it 9 times out of 10.

Turning off UPnP on your router can fix this, although it’s not recommended, the DNS solution is much better, but if that doesn’t work then UPnP might be the way to go.

I’ve got it still too and I really don’t want to start mucking around with router settings as I’m guessing certain things which people recommend turning off are probably turned on in the first place for a reason.
It is completely unplayable but luckily it normally stops if I quit and restart the game, but that’s still not ideal by a long shot.

Ha! Too late I sold the game this morning and that is my last Fifa game I played, no more.
I was a bit annoyed if the patch was about “Extra Effort” Trophy sadly it isn’t so good luck to all trying to nab that ridiculously stupid luck based trophy!!!

I didn’t struggle with Extra Effort. Took me about five minutes. Must’ve scored a hundred goals before I got the toe-poke one though. I got the plat on Sunday, but the patch is still welcome

Maybe patch it so the goalkeepers don’t stand well off their line allowing for innumerable 40 yard “wonder” goals.
