The release date for The Witness has been announced by Jonathan Blow, with Thekla Inc’s exploration title coming to PS4 and PC on January 26th 2016. In terms of how long the game will last going for full completion could take from 80 hours to 100 hours. Of course you won’t need to play for that amount of time to get to the end of the The Witness.
The Witness has been a long time coming and was originally thought to launch during the beginning of the PS4’s life cycle.

I’ve been waiting for this game since it was first shown. It looks right up my street with the puzzles and exploration. I’m definitely feeling a sort of Myst vibe which is no bad thing.

Same mate! Also looks very similar to RiME and Firewatch which I’m equally looking forward too. Didn’t realise it was going to be such a big/long game though!
Hope the puzzles aren’t too similar – seems like a lot of those maze panel thingies.
