Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare Is The Eighth Deal Of Christmas On The EU PS Store

Timed to coincide with the free trial of the game, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is the eighth of Sony’s 12 Deals of Christmas. It’s now down to £34.99 for COD:IW itself or £49.99 for the Legacy Edition that includes Modern Warfare Remastered, while the Digital Deluxe Edition with the DLC season pass and MWR included is £69.99. That said, it’s only really comparable to the offers seen around Black Friday a couple weeks ago.

At the very least, you can now try the game to see how it shapes up. The download for the free trial has also gone live today, with that letting you sample a good slice of each part of the game between now and the 20th.

  1. I’m sure there was an advert on TV last night where it came in at £45 for the legacy edition, forget which store was doing it.Good deal all the same.

    • Argos of all places has it for £44.99. Which for reasons that probably only make sense if you’re Argos or possibly very, very drunk, is £4 cheaper than they’re selling the normal version.

Which is mildly tempting, but it would probably involve making about 500GB of free space to install the 2 games and updates.

  2. I got the legacy edition from shopto when they did it for £25.

Then I gave it to my dad for Christmas.

  3. Lovely game, I got a good deal on PC not too long ago. Reminded me of a fast paced Killzone. Considering I’ve not played a COD since Mw2, this felt almost like a new IP.

The story takes itself too seriously, but it’s a lot of fun to play. And the dogfighting is ace!
