Starblood Arena Will Be Leaving PS Plus At The End Of February

Download it before then.

In the most recent PlayStation Plus offerings VR games have become extra bonuses for users to download, staying longer than the one month that the more traditional games get. The current offering is Starblood Arena which has been a Plus game since the beginning of January and is going to be about in February too. However it will be replaced by something else when March’s Plus offerings roll around.

Over on Reddit one of the developers put up a post that confirmed when Starblood Arena would be removed from the Plus games.

Hey everyone!

Wow, what a month it’s been for StarBlood Arena after going live on PS+ on January 2.

If you’ve already downloaded the game, THANK YOU! I really hope you’re enjoying it and if not – at least it was free :)

If you haven’t downloaded the game yet, I highly encourage you to do that ASAP, as it’s only going to be a part of PS + until the end of February. I’d like for EVERYONE to have a shot at getting the game for free if they can, the more the merrier :)

So yeah, welcome to all the new Starbabies and make sure to let other PSVR users know that they can still download SBA for free on PS+, but only until the end of the month!!!

LOVE & ROCKETS and enjoy the Superb Owl this weekend. No typo, that’s what the people over at /r/NFL call it and I think it’s funny :P

Despite my initial doubts about the game, though yes it does cause some nausea, it’s actually pretty damned good.

You would think that all that flying around and spinning in 3 different directions at once would let you get to meet your breakfast again, but for some reason it doesn’t.

I think it’s down to having something fixed around you (the cockpit). Same with Eve Valkyrie. And driving in VR, which hopefully applies to Wipeout when it gets the VR update.

Also, try it with one of those fancy Hotas things. You can be moving around all 6 axes at once and it’s a lot easier. Assuming you can remember which way is up. Which is probably where I keep going wrong, really.
