I’m sure there’s quite a few old MotorStorm fans who are pretty jazzed to see Codemaster Evo (formerly Evolution Studios) get back to the style of arcade gaming that defined their PlayStation 3 games. Onrush is coming out on 5th June for PS4 and Xbox One, and it’s got the same kind of boosting, jumping and over the top takedowns.
The latest trailer showcases this as players battle on track to boost their Rush meter that adds boost and power with which you can perform takedowns and stunts. There’s eight vehicle classes, each of which has different effects and abilities.
This is also the first I’ve heard of them holding a beta test for the game, which will be granted ahead of time to those who pre-order before opening up for everyone in May.
