Modern Warfare 2 is TOO easy. Forum

I've completed every CoD game with either 1000 points, or a Platinum. World at War and Modern Warfare were a pain in the ass, especially the Mile high Club on MW. But MW2 is a breeze! After restarting my game 5 levels in because of the trophy glitch, in less then 3 hours I had completed 11 levels on Veteran, and lost very few lives compared to usual. The only reason I switched off was because I had to go out.

I'm already 3 levels into Act 3 so I'm guessing there aren't many levels left, and it's showing no sign of getting harder. I want to be hitting things, pacing the room and shouting. I love a challenge, but MW2 isn't giving me one.

WHY? Is anybody else on Veteran finding it stupidly easy?

Well i wouldn't normally start on Veteran but this thread has made me do just that, and i have to say it's not that bad at all! So it must be easy if im doing it on Veteran!

Well i didn't manage to get a copy at all.

So I will have to wait till the weekend. Although from what i have read and heard . There is trouble with Trophies not unlocking and online gaming party invites .. So not getting it so soon has maybe done me a favour. This will give them time to release a patch to correct these errors..

Just have to see if i can find a shop that have stock.. So far all the major stores are out..  Morrisons sold out  by 11am yesterday.  Guy there said didn't know when the next batch would be in..so fingers crossed maybe friday for me.. Although i have seen the Prestige pack,, Those Night vision goggles look like fun..  The price not so fun..

I got mine from Blockbuster, they had hundreds of copies left. I payed £42 like, but I couldn't be arsed waiting a few days to grab one for £10 less. I'm not that tight with my cash

You could wear the goggles when we see Slayer next week. It'll be dark, kind of.

LMAO..  Do you think they would stay on our heads in the mosh pit…Ohh  don't forget to pick me up next wed.. I will leave work a little eairlier..  (i hope)

I'm Clearly terrible at these games, on the trianing mission it was coming up that on soem goes I should be regular and others I was Hardened.  I went hardened for the challenge and I am getting destroyed.  Just completed the Brazil level today to work through the shanty town and I died loads.  Is fun still but for me is not easy.

World At War was incredibly hard for me on Veteran. Especially on Relentless and Heart Of The Reich levels.

Modern Warfare in my opinion is a lot easier, even on Veteran mode. I didn't even have to restart from a new checkpoint until I got blown to bits in the Favela. It's pretty easy to pinpoint why. Infinty Ward don't like grenades as much as those frag-happy dudes over at Treyarch!

Less grenade spam = easier.

Think im about half way in and yes it's quite easy on veteran compared to alot of other games! 

I'm pretty good at Halo and can do that on Legendary without to much fuss but I found this difficult on Regular. Possibly becaus eas soon  as I'm shot I can't see what is going on and then die. That and it checkpoints while i'm in a gun fight.

I think its a lot easier than MW1

This could be because they have toned down the grenades and you seem to have more health.
