And thanks to Lanselta we now we have Socom: Confrontation (Inc headset) for £29.99 at play.com on pre-order, amazingly the release date isn't until 28-11-08, this is a great deal as it includes Sony's first official headset with it's HQ mode, and as we all know official stuff is usually better

It might be an idea to keep bumping this post and add to it with any bargains you see… these next few months may not be as expensive as originally thought.

I believe the h/set will sell for £30 standalone, this basically means socom is free (and may be traded in on day 1) in the US the standard pricing is $50 & $60, so presumably here it will be £40 & £50, Play are just doing a deal
