i preordered mgs collection from shopto and when we finally got close to launch day i pre-paid the cost of the item, it was dispatched to me on the wednesday before launch day and it hasnt arrived yet, i've been to my local sorting office and they dont have it in the back area as an undelivered item. unfortnately i have to wait 15 days to pass before i can do the lost parcel claim but i was wandering if anybody else has had issues with this game not being delivered in time.

ring shop.to, they should send you another one out. bollocks to lost parcel form, shopto should be filling that out.

I tried to edit my post but you beat me to it. Ring shopto and be an arse. Why should you have to wait. They have your money etc. Tell them that you have spoken to the royal mail and they basically told you that if you havent had it by now then it's not coming.
tell them it was a birthday present for someone going away and you need it by friday etc. lay it on proper thick. Are you a good customer? have you ordered loads from them? if yes, tell them that shopto get a lot of business from you and you deserve to be treated better
Ask to speak to a manager also. Normal phone staff don't get paid enough to take abuse

This is the case in my experience too. Plus, usually the manager won't want to deal with you either – if you're being an arse – and will tell the minion to basically give you what you want. I hope you get it sorted and they sent it out soon.
It should be their responsibility to ensure it is in your posession – its not like they tried to deliver it and then the post office lost it in the sorting office or something.
