Hi there!
As most here probably know (and do), its no problem on the PS3 to have multiple users and share content between them, so for example you can buy stuff cheap and/or early on the US PSN and use it on your EU main account.
On the PSP this is not so easy though. You can only have one user active at any given time and if you want to change the user, you would have to hook the PSP to your PS3 or PC… And content downloaded with user A doesnt work with user B… At least thats how it was when i got my PSP and tried it.
My question is, does anybody know if its possible to have multiple usern from different regions on the VITA and use content from other stores?

Not without it being a giant pain in the backside.
You'll need to do a factory reset to swap accounts, so it's even worse than the PSP
Click here, and it should work… – Tef

That link appears dead now but I do remember vaguely reading about it until I had become interested in the Vita. If you were to buy a UK Vita and memory card but then only buy things from the US store would that work? I.e just use the one foreign account. What are the pro's and con's of this?

It went back and forth for a few days, the PSU article posted on the 9th of December, and then with TSA's on the 15th of December, which is the most recent and confirmed information.
One user per console, barring a factory reset and Memory Card switch/wipe too.
