Completed Golden Abyss on Crushing last night and mopped up the gun related trophies….just 4 bloody bounty trophies for the Platinum now!!
Anything I can help with the bounties Youles?
Possibly mate, thanks for the offer – I guess it all depends on what bounties you get from enemies ![]()
I think I need 14 bounties, something like this….
21/21 (first card set) – trophy achieved!
24/30
26/30
27/30
29/30 (gems)
I played for an hour last night and only got about 7 bounties, and the rarer ones seem like they take longer to be dropped by enemies. Therefore I can see it getting very boring keep restarting and repeating the busier sections with the enemies. I may ask element666 for some trades as I know he's already Platinumed it.

OfflineFinished Mass effect 3 on insanity today and got my platinum (after being severely sidetracked by multiplayer) So much easier than Mass Effect 2!
Next platinum should be Golden Abyss. After the unfortunate corrupted save I've recovered and got 2/3 bounties done and working on the final treasure set…

There's got to be some real nasty bits on me3 insanity though hasn't there? Not looking forward to the bit near the end when you're protecting the tank with all the banshees and brutes. That was tough on easy!
Sure, it was a bit challenging but with the right set of skills and squad members you can make it easy on yourself. I brought along Garrus with Black Widov V and maxed armor piercing rounds, EDI with maxed decoy and played engineer myself. Just using the Paladin gun for 200% recharge, hitting enemies with sabotage with the 100% tech damage increase upgrade and then spamming incinerate and chain overload for massive damage and tech bursts. One Brute takes literally seconds to take down even on insanity and with the decoy and a combat drone to draw their attention you can manage groups pretty easily.
The Banshees are worse but one sabotage > overload takes out their barriers and after that same tactics apply, just a bit more O SHIT RUN! There's a rocket launcher in the building next to the tanks that can take out a couple of them in one shot, btw.
Sabotage + Overload (leveled to cripple organics and hit two extra targets) takes out groups of cannibals and marauders really fast…
The worst bit by far was the one-shot granades that troopers and cannibals throw, 98% of my deaths were from not getting away from one fast enough

Got my Enslaved platinum last night. Awesome game.
Nice one – I decided to put Enslaved on the back-burner for now….although I picked it up really cheap from GAME, I have so many games I payed full whack for (that I prefer) so should play them first.
Did you buy the DLC, since I saw you said you'd like a sequel in another thread. I'd be interested to know what that's like?

Shameful! I really enjoyed it, even going back for the orbs wasn't a chore.
I seem to recall I was enjoying it (albeit in a ‘check the trophies every 5 minutes to make sure you haven’t missed something’ way) , but the usual situation happened where something newer & shinier came along & it went on the back burner.
I’m sure I’ll get back to it at some point… It’s just a case of when really!

Trophies on Wipeout 2048 dont seem that bad so far, will they get worse?
Yes, but gradually. They aren't really bad, just make take some time or practise!
You have to win (Elite pass) one A+ speed rank which are tough, but should managable since you can choose your favourite circuit.
"Perfect Pir-hana" took me an hour and is a twat…you have to get a perfect lap (don't hit the sides etc) on a particular course (can't remember which one), on A speed rank, using the Pir-hana prototype ship which had auto/constant accelerator!
Beat Zico wasn't too hard. I think you just need to barrel-roll at every opportunity to be able to beat the time.
Then there's the multiplayer grind….not too bad but takes ages, and some nodes do require you to wint the event.
You gonna sign up for this Friday's Meet? I'm hoping the regular Meets will help with the multiplayer grind! ![]()
