Ill see how it goes then, I have elite pass on everything so far in single player but I suppose that isnt hard, as Im only half way through 2049. I should be on for a bit of wipeout action, wont sign up just incase I dont make it though

Ok mate no worries, still good to know some more people might join!
You should be fine with the trophies, all obtainable with a bit of persistance
I only need to complete MP and every node in MP for the Platinum!

Just got the Jak & Daxter Platinum=)
i have only played the third game of the series before so it's fun to play the games in chronological order!
now we go for Jak II! and SCV if i have the patience to lvl up to 99!
and just an awesome game!

Good luck with Jak II, not an easy game! The lack of checkpoints during missions is harsh to say the least. I just beat Jak III yesterday and I'm currently chasing precurser orbs for platinum in 2/3. At 302/600 in jak 3 and 93/286 in Jak 2…

I've just completed all events in Wipeout, now its the case of going through them and completing them all on elite pass (only about 9 I think to do). Also I had 64 on a zone challenge, gutted I didnt get 65 -_- will try again and hopefully get that little bit extra and get the gold. I also had a go at beat Zico, had to get 53 seconds, only managed 53.1 at my best 
Loving the game though, and hopefully will get quite a few of the trophies.

It's true, Jak II is a big step up from Jak and Daxter. Platted the first and after a few hours on the second I couldn't be arsed to carry on. It hasn't grabbed me like the first game did. Also, those precursor orbs are a nightmare!! Are any of them missable?

Sounds like its going well mate – can you make either of the Wednesday or Friday Meets?
That's harsh on zone 64 – which course and ship were you using?
I've spent several hours on MP this week and only passed 2 events……I'm on level 16 of 20 but already the requirements are annoying – for a pass I needed to win and hit 2 specific players with weapons. To make things worse I got kicked FOUR times whilst winning during the Meet, then over the weekend the one specific player I had to beat was the same guy 3 times in a row, who just happened to be some fucking epic ninja racing super master dude who no one could beat. This game defo has it in for me. At this rate, not sure my Vita will last until level 20 and the Platinum

I should be there for both if my Vita doesn't run out of battery 
I was on Queen's Arcade, the one I feel is the easiest for me and using AG systems agility (i think), the one with 10 handling and I need it for corners.

I don't throw my controllers (or consoles) however I might make an exception for my Vita if WipEout continues to annoy me, lol.
Only getting kicked when winning is so frustrating, especially when it happens 4 times in one evening, and when you need a Win to progress the MP campaign. To rub salt in the wound, it allowed me to finish 2nd place twice.

Well at least its not just me, I was almost worried something was wrong with my Vita. I think there are Server problems, and there seems to be way too much PSN maintenance at the moment.
Good news that you should be able to make both Meets! I think McProley is gonna join both so we'll have some fresh blood.
Can't remember that circuit off-hand, but I guess its about picking which one is right for you. Best of luck anyway – I will be really proud of the Platinum if I get it, its such a great (& annoying) game

Yeah I think there must be server issues, or my wifi signal may not be that strong. Thats good to hear, hopefully it should all be working fine for wednesday.
It's my favourite track Queens arcade! 
Altima (spelling) is my least, I hate it so much, just to put it out there. 
Hope you do get the plat. Considering I hated WipEout HD I quite surprised that Im really enjoyed 2048, I think its the improvement to handling which is the main reason why.

and the lack of checkpoints is just sooooo frustrating!!
at first i was like: "all way back here? ohh well…."
after a couple of restarts: "……"
yesterday: *jumping in rage*
and as BRY says, its a big step from the first game… and i think that the first game is/was brilliant!
but the story is kinda awesome, right there in the story when u meet "the shadow"… u who have played the series know what i talk about!
and when i met him i was like: "whooooooo!" but noww im going to continue the game! wish me luck!

I think (or at least hope) its the servers….I was sat right by my router everytime I got disconnected!
I know Queen's Mall – yeah, that's a cool circuit. I quite like Altima and Sol – they're hard but interesting and different compared to some of the rest.
Same – I wasn't a huge fan of WipEout HD, but 2048 is awesome.
Cheers – I'm hoping to get the Plat before the end of June when MGS comes out!

@Youles – I like Sol, except not in the last 50 zones of zone challenge, then I cant stay on well good luck with the plat. I will be trying to conserve a bit of money, this by only getting one game at a time for Vita and trading the other in. Dont know which to try first from Gravity Rush, Resistance and MGS in June, will end up playing them all.

Very sensible – I'm doing exactly the same with Vita as its easy to get carried away and accumulate a backlog of games as I've done with my PS3. And, my PS3 is still my main console, not the Vita. I'm also trying to get all trophies so I've 100%'ed Escape Plan, MotorStorm RC, Uncharted Golden Abyss and even Welcome Park, lol. That's why I'm trying to Platinum Wipeout 
I do like the look of Gravity Rush but I don't know enough about it, and Resistance looks a bit poor visually. Therefore I might hold out for MGS. Although I have MGS on the PS3, since they are remakes of old games I think they will look better on Vita, and I can always transfer the files to PS3 if I want. Plus I've never played MGS3. I'm also hoping there will be some nice touch screen implementation for the Vita version.
