We had a lovely 2lb Turkey crown with a honey, balsamic and garlic glaze. it was so nice I had it for my tee yesterday and am having some with brown rice for my lunch as I type.
Roasted tatties, carrots, parsnips and sprouts with mini toad in the whole, sage and onion stuffing and topped with gravy made from the jiuce of the turkey.
I think we're doing the same for new year as well.
