Its been a pretty good year for firmware updates for PS3 but theres still a few things that could make this a really complete package.
What do you guys think, apart from cross game chat (getting board of hearing about it) what would you like to see in the FW in 2010?
Im hoping that we can get two people logged in to a console at the same time, playing co-op both earning trophies. This has been a big issue for us. We've played through a few games on xbox and both got achievments and its so cool.
It would also be great if I could manually change the order and place in folders my videos. I have a lot of vids on my 2nd machine and it would be so simple if I could order them up myself.
What do the TSAers want in 2010?

I hope so, i think its and Opera based browser atm and its ease of use and features are terrible,
Edit- after thinking about it, i retract that staement above, its not terrible its just not as good as it could be
Although I do like the fact that my girlfriend doesn't know how to find the viewing history,  LOL!!

I'd like to see .mkv support in video playback.. And maybe some better PC media sharing options, DNLA just isnt quick/good enough. Other than that, Im pretty happy with it.
Oh, maybe some kind of grouping system for the friends list.. That would be nice.

Erm… yeah, like said above, an easier way to group items into folders like click and drag type thing, better media server would be nice and the browser updated. Dont really care about cross game chat.
I suppose this is down to game devs really buy I would like mandatory optional game installs.

I'd like a better web browser and like you said, signing in with two accounts. The only game I know where you can play competitive MP with 2 accounts is Resistance 2.

Just more of everything. All the changes they should make are common sense. Better folders, mkv support, a better browser, a faster in game XMB.

You know what else would be cool? Automatic trophy syncing. No more having to Sync trophies, it just does it in the background when you next sign in.. It could even send some sort of 'ping' to the PS website to update that too. Thinking about it, that should be pretty easy to implement.

I think I was so used to the indicator being over the clock that I became accustomed to it and it became a good annoyance. And the fact it annoyed Hodgi was a bonus really ;)
