Dexter – BT engineer was as good as gold. I have a landine. Sadly, it seems projected speeds for me will be around the 5Mbit speed but there we go. It's still a poopload faster than my old line so I shouldn't grumble. Just miss my 20Mbit line with Virgin with what seems like an eternity ago. :( *shakes fist at BT exchanges*

My actual broadband won't be here for a good few days. Engineer is booked to visit the exchange in the next few working days. God, this is hell!!!!! :(

I will kill one BT engineer per day for every day I don't have broadband. Tell me the world won't be a better place without them. I appreciate that killing them will probably prolong the exchange visit but sod it. I'll take a hit for the team. *polishes spoon of death*
