hello to the wonderful people of tsa, now appologies if I have missed this news but i am wondering what has happened to a particular asscociation with an online retailer, i shall not mention names as i dont want to attract pointless posts from people using random search engines.
I have noticed that the points for reward thingymabob isnt at the top of the page anymore alongslide the points count anymore and there is no mention of the retailer on the site anymore. i also see the whinging thread has slipped to a distant page (3) of the forum threads.
Anyone care to shed any light?……..remember – don't mention the name for fear of infestation!
Cheers gang!

The points cash-in thing on the TSA points page has gone too.
Clarification anyone?

I know that after the uproar of said (secret) company, TSA looked for a new direction with advertising and found a niche that was approved by the mass of us. Nofi played a blinder in the new adveritsing direction with the donations campaign which most of us agreed with wholeheartedly.
By that I mean donate by clicking on the links.

In all fairness. That online retailer offered terrible service.

My first order wasn't exactly the best experience but I would be prepared to give them a second chance if they did offer to improve their service.

From reading other peoples problems, I can understand why TSA decided to distance itself from it. I personally haven't used them but after so many negative stories it's definitely a place for me to steer clear from. I only use the tried and tested stores online for piece of mind. I would rather pay a little bit more on a respected site knowing I will get what I paid for rather than worrying if I have been ripped off by a new site.

Normally use Amazon and ShopTo, but I decided to try 'the site' as TSA recomended it. Bad mistake. If TSA were to get an asscoiation with either Amazon or ShopTo, that would be great, as I would continue using them knowing that TSA is being helped and my order is also in safe hands. Looking forward to whatevers planned anyway… :)

I ordered my red DS3 from them and it came in a few days as expected. From the amount of stories about there is obviously something up with their system (not enough staff perhaps) but it still didn't give people the right to have all those hissy fits when their game came a couple of days after the release date. Shock horror!

Obviously there are happy and sad stories from the site but I think some people have had a worse experience than just getting something a couple of days late. Having said that, people are obviously going to write about bad experiences much more than good experiences so maybe the view is distorted slightly.

True that, but if you read through the complaints made in the forum threads most of them were inane moanings about MW2 or something where people overreacted completely. Some of the people did in fact have a right to moan when their games were a month late, but the ones I remember most were where people were moaning that they were going to get MW2 a day or two late.

I used them once and had no problems, the game arrived 2 days after ordering. But I remembered a few people saying their orders haven't arrived weeks after they ordered them, which is pretty bad. Most of the late orders were due to the royal mail strike though.
