This topic is for organising some TSA KZ2 sessions in the first few days after launch.  The idea behind these games is for us to learn more about the online aspect of the game without having to go into “serious” games first.  I'll post up some suggested dates/times for the games – which can be changed – and you can use this thread to discuss your attendance, suggestions for game types etc.  As some people will no doubt be getting the game before the official release date, I'll include a couple of sessions to reflect that.  All times are UK times.

Game Name: TSA Boot Camp <x> – where <x> is 1..9 etc

These games will be clan only

Game Name: TSA Open Boot Camp <x> – where <x> is 1..9 etc

Password: boot

These games will be open to everyone

If you're on around the starting time just create a game as above and then people can join you as they arrive.

Feel free to discuss the times and if there's enough people wanting a specific time then I'll alter this post to reflect that.

It'd be good if good FPS players remember the reasons for the boot camp, i.e. don't be a nob and just kill all us noobs dead!

But surely that's how you'll learn what to do and what not to do?

Sitting in the middle of a field and expecting someone not to kill you is ridiculous, if we're a bit harsh now, it'll make you learn.

Of course if we are being a tad unfair, just say the word. Not that I'm amazing and god-like.

I think you meant newbs? As in people who are new, not noobs, as in people who've played for ages but suck.

Please do. I'll try as hard as possible not to misunderstand.

1.  Your statement says that I used noob correctly, i.e. people who've played FPS games for ages but suck.

2.  I do not expect not to be killed: As both a newb and a noob I expect it.  However, I (we) can get that – and just that – by playing online with non-TSA people.  These games are about finding our feet and helping each other to learn.  If it turns into a newb/noob Duck Shoot, then they've missed the point as spectacularly as you appear to have done.

I'd appreciate everyone's thought on this though – well not point 1, because I don't actually care – because perhaps I've got it wrong?
