pOOp, it was a pleasure and as I said when arranging it we couldn't have you wandering around London all on your own whilst your gf (arrgh sorry can't remember her name now, that is really bad of me Embarassed) took in a musical.

For those interested and as you asked spoofer the evening went as follows:

I work at Westminster so pOOp was set the challenge of meeting me there. He had the tube sussed in not time and we met up without hitch. From there we made our way over Westminster Bridge, with many photo opportunities, to the Namco centre which is in County Hall. After a quick wander round headed for the bar. Few drinks and chat then headed for the bowling lanes. After playing High Velocity Bowling together online thought it would be good to do it for real. However the lanes were short, the pins were attached to strings and would set up randomly regardless of what you had knocked down. Not quite what I was expecting but was funny nonetheless!

From there we headed right out of County Hall under The London Eye, crossed over Hungerford Bridge (guess it's still called that since they have put new bridges in) and went up Northumberland Avenue to Trafalgar Square. Headed up Charing Cross Rd, to the right of the National Gallery, and cut through to Leicester Square.

Then headed into Soho (Chinatown) and was a pretty amazing sight that I had not even seen before. As the Chinese New Year had been a few days previously the whole place was decked out with loads of lanterns crossing the street. Quite a sight. Then dived into a bar called De Hems. pOOp had travelled all the way to London from Norway to be taken to a Dutch bar! Had few more beers and whiskeys before heading back to Embankment and on to the District Line where I left pOOp heading for Earls Court.

Had a great time pOOp, was great meeting you and was a great way to spend a Monday night, when not doing a KZ Boot of course Smile

Would be good to think we will meet up again someday. And if anyone else is in London and fancies the tour just let me know, sure we can sort something out.

If I may pOOp just going to tag this on here tucked away so not many may notice it, TSA is not really the place for baby talk. Some of you may know my daugther is expecting making me a soon to be Granddad Surprised. We went to hospital at 11.30 last night so I have now been up since 06.30 on 1 March (or was it 29 Feb, I've lost track!). Baby not actually here yet but she is most definitely in the middle of a long labour. Will give an update when it's all over (or more like just beginning).

Well that was some 24 hours I'll tell you. Daughter in labour for 22 hours with the end result being a beautiful little Granddaughter born at 10pm on 02/03/2010 weighing 8lb 10oz. Mother and Abigail (Abi) doing brilliantly but everyone is pretty knackered.

Thanks Roy, Wayne & Snebz for the kind thoughts.

Cheers Roy. They are living with us at the moment so I am thinking of investing in ear plugs for that exact reason!

Cheers Wayne. It seemed even longer!

Cheers YungJones. Of course I shall pass on yours and eveyones congrats. Takes a little more explaining but it's 2010 we all know random people one way or the other. Oh, and I think my hands were shaking at one point!

& cheers Colin.

Actually not too far from the truth but the reality was not quite as funny as your suggestion. pOOp was wearing an In Flames jacket so problem solved hodgi

Cheers pOOp. Granddaughter is home now which is great. Although having a baby around is seriously eating into my gaming time which I wasn't banking on. Had BFBC:2 since Thursday and not got anywhere near putting it in yet!! Hopefully get better as time goes on.

Have a great weekend too pOOp.
