I can’t believe there isn’t a topic on this yet.
So… if you’ve had a fondle with the create mode and uploaded a level, post it here, and then we shall give it a go and give it some honest ratings.
And also gives you the possibility of getting some trophies.
(And thats not why i made this thread, i was just fed up of some of the crap out there that some people have made just for that trophy, and for the max height trophies and all)
So may as well start with mine,
Level Name: Zoom Zoom Zoom Zoom"
Description: Climb, Hop, Jump Run, Hold on! Going Up!, Race to the finish.
(Robbed, no borrowed the title from that song ages ago, where it starts off with Boom Boom Boom Boom, I Wan't you in my room").
Enjoy, and i await the brilliant levels you folk hve made.

The Vengaboys, cheesy awesomeness.
"More Up Than Out" Created with the beta, touched up a bit and updated with the full game. Still not very good but worth a look if you want to win a flying UFO.

Croc as in Croc: Legend of the Gobbos?
I actually got that idea a few days ago, making something resembling level 1-1. Of course that would involve me making the giant bee as well, which I'm sure must be difficult. I really want to make levels, I just don't know what I'll do with them, and so I need something to model it after
Oh yeah, and since Argonaut went out of business several years ago, you're probably as good as safe.

Yeah that croc, I'm just sad that it's me making this level as I am useless at thinkin of stuff, I might make one for each place (like the grassy place, icy place) but I am only aware on the grass the ice and the sand, never did complete it

YOU DIDN'T?! It's a great game. After the sand comes Dante's castle, you know. Some great levels in there too.

I've created 2 LBP levels (PSN: piekat)
1) Bomb run
This is a prototipe, all that's in this level can be found in the second one expanded, polished and, hopefully, better
2) Explosive Action
Some fun with explosives, use the bomber to level an industrial area, then lift bombs with a jetpack to destroy enemy tanks, after that use bombs again to open a passage after the hill. On your way to the finish line don't forget to collect bubbles from the building you previously destroyed with the bomber.
Hope it's funny, all comments are welcome

just got one so far, really just me playing around with the creator, working on my second one at the moment which is a lot more polished but when finished will come complete with 4, thats right 4 boss fights getting progressivly harder as they go.
My current level is Diamond Heist, give it a play, leave me a comment, all feedback appreciated, especially if you find any bugs or have any suggestions for improvement.
i'll post once my second level is ready. sadly probs wont be in time for the compo as it's quite detailed…

I've published a few levels, but the best one's called "Labyrinth".
It's pretty short but I think it's quite smart and I'm happy with it.
Any feedback is welcome.

You're right Jas-N, this thread was kind of overdue and it's even still on topic (with more than 10 posts!!!)
I've already played some of your levels posted here (i.e. by Jas-N, GamerRiley and hannes_truce: all plain fun!) and will have a look at the others tonight.
My two levels were both created on the beta:
1) A boy and his cube
2) The long journey
The first one is a tribute to one of my favourite games and to the coolest game character ever. And there may be some delicious cake. It has two alternative endings (because I was playing around with switches and disolving material).
The second one was created at the end of the beta and I published it about 15 minutes before the official end. I'm currently working on an improved and extended version, I will post here as soon as it's finished (according to my original plan that was two days ago). My problem at the moment is, that the thermometer is overheating. So I have to change some things again to fit in the parts which are important for the story.
Oh, and soon there will be my TSA level-competition level
Hope you have fun!!

Might have to introduce the disk to my PS3

I have actually started trying to do a remake of level 1-1 in Croc. Only worked a little bit with it last night, and I doubt it'll ever be published, but Create mode sure is good as long as you know what you want to do and how to do it (none of which I can claim I do).

I'm happy that you like it ! It also happened to me once, that cube was stuck in the bridge and broke. That's especially annoying because it's just before the finish line. But did you notice how Sackboy watches the heart float away when that happens? Cute! I was first thinking about cube respawn points, but that would have been too easy and no real challenge. There's only one respawn point, when you loose the cube directly at the first elevator (fun with switches).
Did you consider adding a switch to the elevator in your Diamond Heist level? When I first came to that point the elevator was on the upper floor and I was starting to wonder how to get up there, because it takes while to come back to the ground floor. It's a cool level and by now I also managed to ace it (couldn't let that electric part win)

I'm kinda stuck at making the platforms that break and then reappear… although I think I have an idea for a solution. Ooh, level might give me trophies if I ever publish it, I better go work on it now!

Yeah, emitters, that's what I was thinking, and setting the emitter to max 1 object present and such. Congrats on the sheep, looking forward to playing your level
