I believe there is only one part in the game where this is possible, and that is the 10th challenge room of the 8th circle (Fraud)… the challenge where you have to defeat all the enemies within 5mins

First off you need to equip the correct Relic's which modify Dante's abilities, the relic needed for this Trophy is the Coin Of Plutus which Increases the combo window to up to 3seconds… this obviously gives Dante more time in between successful hits and prevents the combo meter from timing out

Then you only need to use light attacks, do not use Heavy Attacks unless you become completely surrounded… if you're not near enough an ememy to hit them make sure you use your ranged cross attack to keep chaining the combo together, because of the Lust 'trances' you can go into its probably best you kill the women as quick as you can, also whatever you do, don't grab an enemy to Punish or absolve them as that will also run down your combo meter

If you're hunting purely for this Trophy its worth having a game save for just before you go into this 10th Arena, because if you get hit with a heavy attack or fall under the lust trance then its unlikely you'll recover quick enough to keep chaining your hits together, so you're better off just dying or restarting from your game save

Game saves are locked to units so its no good searching online for a save, and I think my highest combo is about 190 at the moment, although there is a silver for 200 hits

Doesn't one of the relics make you invulnerable from being attacked when doing cross attacks?? Maybe you could equip that as well as the coin of the Plutus, keep your distance and jump around like a lunatic whilst bombarding the screen with holy crosses. Might try it later before I head to the pub for the footie

I got the 666 combo in challenge 4(I think). the challenge for 5 air kills. unlimited enemies and only 2 at the same time, just kept using the cross attack. I did get 2 air kills while doing it though so you could get unlucky and get more than that.

Challenge 5(?) may be better, the one where you have to stay in the air for 8 seconds.

The best challenge to do this on is actually the 'Stay In The Air for 8 Seconds' one – there's no chance of accidentally doing that whilst spamming the 'O' for Cross attacks and you get infinite bad guys.

Luckily I managed to do that first time last night but my arse began to twitch as I got 4/5 air kills when my combo reached about 580 cos I don't think I'd have the patience to do it again – besides my thumb was beginning to ache

When it's at level 3, one hit from your Scythe counts as four, so I'll only need to get a combo chain of 166
