There are 51 Trophies that can be collected.

Bronze

Made Us Whole
Complete the game on any difficulty setting

Romper Stomper
Stomp 10 Containers

Vacuum Cleaner
Decompress 20 Necromorphs without getting sucked out yourself

…And Stay Down
Kill 25 crawling enemies with Stomp (single player only)

Think Fast
Kill 30 Necromorphs with Kinesis objects

The Nanny
Kill 30 Crawlers without detonating them

Frozen in Time
Kill 50 Necromorphs while they are in Stasis (single player only)

First Aid
Use Quick Heal ten times (single player only)

Looking good
Purchase the Advanced Suit

Fully Outfitted
Upgrade your RIG and Stasis completely

Picking favorites
Upgrade 1 Weapon completely

Fully Loaded
Simultaneously have four completely upgraded weapons

The Sampler Platter

Dunno if I missed something, but I am not reading any specific multiplayer trophies! Surprised

I am thinking that some of the kill trophies etc can also be earned in multiplayer as well as single player (basically, only the ones that specifically state ‘singleplayer’ cannot), but is this the best trophy list ever if there is no ‘play online for (x) hours’, ‘reach rank (x)’, or ‘kill (x) in multiplayer’? I think that it may be!

Just to let you bad boys know Hard to The Core is gonna be one hell of a motha lovin' trophy to get. There are NO checkpoints, so if you get killed you have to start from your last manual game save, what makes matters worse is that you're only allowed three manual saves Surprised . Note, the three manual saves rule only apply's Hard Core mode.

@ Forrest – Currently there are no online trophies but I would guess with future DLC a few online trophies may be added to increase the games longevity.

If you're lucky enough to complete Hardcore mode you'll unlock a new weapon called Hand Cannon.

Yeah I caught that on the TSA front page today. Trouble is, I'm sure I would have no desire to play Dead Space 2 again if I managed to finish hardcore mode.

You definetly have to play Dead Space 1 to fully understand the story and history of events taken place. You can pick up a copy of DS1 for less than £10 and it's well worth it, infact it would be criminal if you didn't play DS1 Wink

blackredyellow – Go for it although you need to find a great excuse to get rid off the missus for a couple of hours, it's a great scary gaming experience. I am loving the 2nd one and already on my 2nd playthrough lol, going to finish it tonight and the replay the 3rd time =D

I completed the 1st DeadSpace 8x for a full enjoyment.

Best Scary game there is IMHO.

It's an ok list, disappointed by the lack of a properly interesting trophy, such as One Gun from the first game, although Hardcore mode with just 3 saves looks challenging.

I did that one gun on this Dead Space 2 to to reminces (sp) ahhh it was great to use just a plasma. Played again the 2nd time with all the guns I bought to carry over and Wow, some have changed and some are new.

Going to play Hardcore Mode on Saturday night, the last trophy to the Platinum.
