This DLC pack is live on the US Store, so we may get it today in the EU. It's priced at $5.99 so it's pretty reasonable, the 5 cars with several liveries  in the pack are $1.99 bought individually. I don't think that the DLC packs are multi regional!!!

There is also a time savers pack which unlocks all the cars and liveries from the game (not including DLC) for $2.99
