Place the turrets near objectives or overlooking them. If you can get one above a Search and Destroy point do that, likewise S&R drop off point, place them on the path to the drop off.
I place air support near objectives and in the middle of the open maps. They normally get a good amount of kills for me.

Any one know how to work out the certain percentages? I wanna just exactly how many points i need in a week to get that rank 4 valor and Thanks for that tip ColinBarr66.

I think if you get around 4 or 5 thousand you might be in with a decent chance. If you haven't got it this week go onto KZ.com next Sunday evening and find 1%/10%/whatever you need of the number of players that have played using the "last week" filter. Use the scores there as reference and aim to beat them.

I think you're going to need around 7000-8000. Though its different every week, the last person in our clan to have a go needed around 8000 to reach the top 1%. But do as colin said check the online site and see how many players have played, and plan accordingly.

You're gonna need around 7500 but if you go on KZ.com, and select the Last Week option in the leaderboards, it tells you what you have for this week. Also tells you roughly how many people have played this week just above the ranks of this weeks players. Work out 1% of the total players and try and stay above that number.

Yeah the servers are busy in the evenings (U.K.). We actually had a Meet for old times sake just before Xmas, t'was good fun and nostalgic. Would be up for another if others are interested?

Cool. I'll keep an eye out. Although I need some serious practice first, been at least 18 months since I last played – and I sucked then 
Campaign is great once you get used to the controls.
