This is during the second part of the fourth level of the last dimension. Once you have done what you needed to do to get access to the slide, you will come across the new gadget Doofenshmirtz has acquired. After you have done enough damage to his new toy, he will start using the quad (4 lasers at one time) laser along with other objects that can cause harm to you. As long as you don't get hit by any of the lasers you will be fine. You will need to dodge them a total of 4 times. Make sure you are not using any cheats that help the character in any way. Also, if you get hit, just die and it will restart you from the point when you first came across Doofenshmirtz.
