Yes he still shows up on hardest diff, as the qualifiers give you the right to fight him after seth not unlock him (beating him unlocks him).  Easiest way is set to 30 secs 1 round fights, use zangief and his 3K (Quick Double Lariat), this is easiest way to get the perfects early on as you will need 3 I think, then just practice the ultra combos

I can tell that I´m good at mortal kombat and fighting games, but this is just out of my league!! I dont even manage to beat arcade with medium on all characters, and there is a trophy for beating the arcade on hardest Might just give up for this game
