Full Speed Run
Did some kind of speed run through the game

The game is out in the US PSN Store right now, and it should be coming to the EU/UK ones very soon. I just finished the game, and I must say it is seriously a VERY strong contender for my GotY, and is definitely so far my PSN GotY. Enjoy!

Noticed it on the US PSN and was sorely tempted. I love the simple games (read: small PSN-sized) games but have found Digger HD to drive me fu**ing nuts! :( Will Braid do the same or is it a pleasure to play through from start to finish?

It is rather short, especially for it's price, but is easily better than most retail games. Why? The puzzles are so well-thought out, that I feel this is the only puzzle game that never frustrates, while still being a brain-teaser. And the level of satisfaction is immense. When it comes to the EU Store, I suggest you buy it, epic game. You should read this: http://www.gamespot.com/ps3/ac…..eview.html

It shares my thoughts EXACTLY, except I'd give it a 10/10.

EDIT: I seem to have not answered your question, but yes, a complete pleasure from start to finish. One of the best experiences you will have in a video game. And the plot is something I have not even come close to ever seeing in a game, especially a PSN one. This really deserves everyone's moeny, can't reiterate enough how brilliant it is.

Bought and playing through it. Needed a smidge of help with World 3 but it's been beautiful fun so far. The music, idea behind the game, and artwork is sensational. So cunningly relaxing.

Relaxing?! I've managed to get 35 jigsaw pieces (out of 60) so far, but I'm tearing my hair out trying to get the rest. I agree it's a uniquely beautiful game though.

If it's any help, I watched a couple of helpful YouTube videos which showed me things I didn't even realise I could do!!! confused so now I feel more informed and ready to tackle the next world.

Before I started it I promised myself I wouldn't look up anything online. However, I wasn't really banking on just how tough some of the puzzles are, so I'll probably have another good try on my own and then give into temptation and look up some strategies.

I basically don't have to time to apply myself to a game that has the potential to frustrate me. With this in mind, I catch myself looking things up online so I get the maximum enjoyment from any given title. If I hit a metaphorical brickwall then I just resent the bloody thing and never play it again (Savage Moon, for example). It simply wasn't fun after a while. It turned anally retentive within a level or two (mid-game) and sod that. No time for perfect play or you're dead.
