I got the HK version of this game & have no idea what I have to do to get the game stamps to get the trophies!!confused DOnt really wanna buy it again, so can anyone help??

There's also no description in the English version, you basically have to figure it out while playing. For Pac-Man and Dig Dug it's things like eating the different fruits and vegetables. Most of the Galaga stamps are for destryoing a certain type of enemy or reaching a level. I found a list on PS3trophies.org, guess it's the same for the HK version. You can start at a later level and change difficulty settings like the initial number of lives to get the stamps.
