Is this game any good? It looks pretty fun but the £7.99 is putting me off.

I like it. There's a story mode and arcade mode (arcade has splitscreen). I would recommend it.

I'd agree with that. Maybe I'm just poor and a little stingey, but whatever happened to £3.99 as about standard for PSN games?

I'd own Outrun and the mini-Ratchet game and other, impulse buys if they dropped the price a little.

I'd agree PSN game prices are getting steep, but if you're a fan of R&C I'd say go for it and you won't be disappointed. The only reason it's £9.99 is because it's arguably slightly longer and it's production values are much higher than a lot of PSN games.
