Yep, meets are still ongoing and have at least me, Forrest, OA and Motalla attending … with the occasional addition of MJB, Death_in_Flamez and sitorimon. It's a good laugh as we usually just end up talking about all sorts of stuff as we smash the living hell out of each other.

Hi Gents, what's the plan for this evenings Meet, what do you usually play?
Are there any particular or awkward online trophies I should go for other than the Fans grind?
Do you usually play with randoms too, or just Private games? I may also charge my headset if anyone is happy listen to my monotonous tone

Heyup we usually play in the demolition section of multiplayer with 8ball, knockout, rampage if there are enough we sometimes play privately but usually we play with randoms and as for headsets we all tend to use them for our dulcet tones most of the time just mute the randoms myself usually lol but no worries if anyone doesn't feel like using the headset.. As for trophies I can't think of them off top of my head but any we can help with I'm sure the chaps will lend a helping hand and see you later

Cheers mate, that sounds good – from a selfish point of view I was kinda hoping you played with randoms as you obviously get more Fans if there are more players in the lobby/game!
Always good to chat so I'll charge my headset and mute any randoms!
I'll check the trophy list later but for now I'm happy just to have some fun and earn some Fans! Looking forward to it!!

Well lately we always play with randoms as its just more fun and chaos with more people and to mute people I just go to the option friends an it just leaves people on your friends list unmuted only downside to tonight is Forrest01 may not be able to host as he informed me last night it looks like his ps3 blu ray has packed up 
but someone will take over hosting duties.

Oh that's a bugger, would have be nice to have spoken to Forrest (it's been a while), and it's always a shame when someone's PS3 is on the fritz!

Well I've had great fun just messing around on the tour and joyride modes, so thought I'd have a shot at joining in with at least one meet. I don't get too many chances to play online with non-randoms anymore, so will be looking forward to the mayhem! :p

Hi guys. If Forrest is unable to host tonight then it'll be me hosting. As OA says, we usually just play demolition stuff as it provides the most fun/humour but we can play other stuff if you guys want to (even if it's just to spam a few of the trickier online trophies).
@Takyu – I'll fire you a friend request shortly … I already have everyone else who usually plays.

Afternoon folks.
I'm afraid that what oa said is absolutely true – It buggered up in spectacular style when quitting out of Borderlands 2 yesterday & now it doesn't recognise discs. Any discs.
I am hoping to have it resolved relatively quickly (having to dig into the savings i think), but suffice to say i won't be around for the meet this evening i am afraid.
Should hopefully be back to smashing people up next week.

Had great fun at the meet, absolute mayhem (particularly the 8-ball racing) but enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely be attending more in the future!

Same here! My only concern is that I can't usually do Tuesdays, only Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, but I'll do my best!!

I realise the DiRT Showdown meets have been running for a long time, but is there any chance anyone would like to play an additional meet on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday (when my wife works basically)?
Cos' she works those evenings it wouldn't really be fair of me to play on Tuesdays or Sundays as I don't see her much. If not I may just have to play with randoms

Possibly Fridays … If I remember correctly, Motalla can't do Mondays and Forrest can't do Wednesdays, so Friday would probably be better for maximizing turnout potential. I know there's a BF3 meet on Friday that Motalla and occasionally Forrest attend but that's at 9pm so how does Fridays at 7pm sound? The meets usually run for about 90 minutes anyway so it would be finished before the BF3 meet starts.
