As you're all probably aware, I have messed up and used the generic read description meet for the upcoming meet.
How are we all feeling about the motorstorm meets. I'm still more than happy to keep running them until we all agree on a replacement.

I'm unsure. It's still enjoyable, but we have been playing it for a very long time, so it's not quite as fun as it used to be … especially as it's usually just you, me, captain and mjb and occasionally simon.

Yeah, that's more or less what I'm hinting at. Still enjoyable but not a 'blast' like it used to be. The only reason I'm so reluctant on moving on, is the fact that we are lacking a game in which we all own and would be a viable change over. Either way I think I need something new. I might look through my games and host a different Monday madness meet.

Why go forward to a new game? Always viable to go back to an old one….

I think as we haven't had a farewell meet, I shall keep the motorstorm scheduled for this Monday to say goodbye to a great meet.
As of the Monday after to keep with the competitive edge I shall switch the meet to ssx.
So come on, who wants ssx with me.

Twisted Metal Madness sounds good actually and it fits right after Motorstorm.
SSX feels more like a Sunday feeling lol

I think SSX is probably the best bet. Had a look through captain's list and aside from SSX, the only other game that I have any interest in is SFxT … lol.

Agreed berzerka, I tried the demo of Twisted Metal and I thought it was absolutely terrible. I don't think they could have made it any more convoluted if they tried … I honestly don't see how anyone could like it. But hey, as they say, opinions are like arseholes, everybodys got one.

Lol @ R1M. Yeah I really did not like the control scheme. I don't remember it being so alien back in the day.
I shall be playing most the weekend. Don't forget, one more motorstorm meet this Monday, then we shall move onto ssx.

Will be sad indeed…..I'll actually probably end up skipping SSX as I want to get through Blur and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood before I move onto my next game but in any case good luck with the meet and hope to playing again sometime soon

I'll be up for some good online racing with Blur – I have never had the chance to go online really with that.
I have to say, as much as Im really not enjoying the games handling – I am enjoying trying to get at some of your times on Motorstorm RC!
Its been great fun being here, this was my first PS3 related online group thing I'd tried and it's been great chatting to you all and I look forward to playing something with you all in the future :)
