Thanks to Dot50Cal over at NeoGAF who has not only downloaded both the PS3 and the 360 versions of the Burnout Paradise demo, but has laid them side-by-side in a handy animated GIF.
As you can see, the 360 version suffers from a fair bit of slowdown in this particular sequence, whereas the PS3 version is silky smooth:
